2. 5LINX® Energy
Attention reps, exciting news! The 5LINX® Energy Program is rapidly growing and will announce expansion into new markets at the upcoming International Event. Don’t forget to become certified for the residential and commercial programs. Look for more details on your Virtual Office. Now is the time for consumers to benefit from the 5LINX® Energy Program in their de-regulated states.
The new 5LINXCommercial Energy Brochures have been published and will be available for purchase at the 5LINX® Online Store after the International Event.
3. Product Spotlight
Effective immediately, “Every Swipe Counts” has a new and improved order hotline. We invite your prospects to sign up for the “Every Swipe Counts” program directly by calling 877-494-9335. The toll-free order line is specifically for you to call in with a merchant who is interested in learning more about how we can save their business money by reducing their credit card processing costs.
We have made significant enhancements since the program launched back on February. For one thing, calls will be first answered by a live “concierge”, who will gather some important information from the merchant so that they can be directed to a representative who can best meet their needs.
You no longer need to fax in a merchant statement (though you are welcome to still use that process if you wish). All you have to do is call in with your merchant and we will take care of the rest.
Please note, however, that the 877-494-9335 line is NOT for you to call in without a merchant to ask questions or check on the status of an order. You should direct those inquiries to Rep Services, or to our special “Every Swipe Counts” support team at everyswipecounts@5linx.com.

4. Social Media
Social media is booming at 5LINX® and we want you to know what it can do for you! We have numerous resources to help you succeed with social media including trainings in your 5LINX® University and our social media education resource, www.5LINXconnect.com.
5LINX® social media will also be all over the San Antonio International Training Event next week, including Twitter hashtags, which will let you see your tweets on the big screen in general session!
We will also be offering a helpful social media training at the event and even social media merchandise in the 5LINX® store. You will see all social media happening at the event on your social media card located in your registration packet when you arrive at in San Antonio. Check it out, stay ahead of your competition and be a part of the social movement with 5LINX®.
